As you may have ‘heard’ Steel Mill Studio helps musicians and songwriters record and produce their music. Our recording studio boasts top-quality equipment often found in bigger more expensive studios including pieces from Avalon, Portico, Mytek, AKG, Sennheisser, SE Electronics, Tophat, Avid, Native Instruments, Fender, Guild, Taylor, Marshall & much more.

Aaron Comess recently contacted Steel Mill Studio to design the CD artwork for his upcoming album entitled, “Beautiful Mistake”. Provided with a photo and the songs for inspiration, Steel Mill Studio created an appropriate design for Aaron’s new work.
As Aaron put it: “Love it Jeff. . . You are a bad ass”

Trey blocked out 4 days at our facility and hired Jeff Norberg to help write and record guitars for his latest album entitled ‘The Awesomeness’.

In addition to Steel Mill Studio, Trey also recorded in Tenacious D’s private studio with John Spiker and John Konesky, who layed down the rhythm tracks.

Jeff Norberg, of Steel Mill Studio, is also a client of his own company.  Working on his 6th CD, Jeff’s new project called ‘The Bakers Son’ is slated for independent release in the Summer of 2011.

To help bring the record up to speed, Jeff hired Nashville bass-player Frank Gagliardi and drummers Scott Bolasci (The Black Hollies) & Kevin Hupp (Joan Osborne, Freedy Johnson, Rufus Wainwright) to round out his sound.
